Privacy Policy

LifeSync only collects information you provide so the app can do its job:

• Account info: your email address and display name.
• Optional profile info: name, age, height, weight, medical conditions or notes, and daily calorie and protein goals — only if you choose to fill them in.
• Wellness logs: the things you choose to record in the app, such as food, exercise, sleep, medications, water intake, mood, and journal entries.
• Notifications: push notification tokens and basic device info, used only to deliver the reminders you set.

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security, which means each user can only access their own data. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, including Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS.

When you ask LifeSync for an AI summary or insight, your logged data for the relevant period is sent to AI models via OpenRouter to generate the response. This data is processed transiently to produce your summary and is not used by us for advertising.

• No ads.
• No selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing.
• No tracking you across other apps or websites.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name and email address those providers share with us. We never receive your Apple or Google password.

LifeSync is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app.
